Conducts tasks required in the recycling area and plant cleanliness. Performs basic maintenance on a variety of specialized production and non-production equipment. Follow written, verbal and visual work instructions.
With minimal supervision sets up, operates and performs color compound batch assembly and extrusion. Keeps necessary records. Works to written and verbal instructions. Acts to maintain the integrity of processes and final product quality.
The Production Assistant will assist Operators set up and operate machinery, ensuring efficient production. Production Assistants are reliable and able to work with attention to detail and within safety standards. The goal in this position is to ensure production procedures are carried out safely to maximize efficiency and profits.
