With little supervision, sets up, operates and performs complex maintenance on a variety of specialized production and non-production equipment. Acts to maintain the integrity of processes and final product quality.
With little supervision, can conduct and operate all equipment in recycling. Associates in this position must take pride in their work and the cleanliness of their workstations, practicing 5S principles in all areas of their work and embracing a Zero Accident Culture with safety in the workplace.
