Under direct supervision, performs a variety of simple, routine automated manual, mechanical or electro-mechanical operations. These operations include measure, cut, trim, bag, label, inspect, sort, load, unload, check and inspect. Keeps necessary records, reports rejects and failure patterns, performs workmanship and documentation checks.
Operators will set up, maintain and operate machinery, ensuring efficient production. Operators are reliable and able to work with attention to detail and within safety standards. The operator in this position should have a willingness to learn and improve. Being a team player is essential since all tasks will require close collaboration with coworkers. The goal in this position is to ensure production procedures are carried out safely to maximize efficiency and profits.
This position provides administrative and customer support by assisting the Business Support Specialist and other department personnel by performing a variety of duties in support of location/ department functions, such as order intake and processing, AP/AR, and data entry.
